We use your information to provide and operate the service: to generate your designs, store your design history, manage your account and credits, process payments, send you account-related notifications, prevent abuse and enforce usage limits, and improve the quality and reliability of our tools. We do not use your private uploads to publicly promote the service without your permission.

To deliver the service, we share data with trusted providers that act on our behalf: your uploaded photos and prompts are sent to third-party AI image-generation providers (such as fal.ai and OpenAI) to produce your results; payments are handled by our payment provider (Polar); sign-in is managed by our authentication provider (Clerk); and our application, database, and file storage are hosted on Replit. These providers process data only to perform their services for us and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments.

Account and design metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database, and your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in private object storage. Uploads and results are not publicly accessible; they are served only through an authenticated proxy that checks that the requesting user owns the file. We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above to operate the platform, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Aside from these cases, your photos and designs remain private to your account.

You can access your designs and account information at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We retain your account information and designs for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Billing and transaction records may be kept longer where required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required by law in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
