Welcome to AI Garden Design. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. AI Garden Design is an AI-powered landscape redesign platform: you upload a photo of your yard or outdoor space, choose a style and color palette (or describe a scene), and our service generates a new AI-rendered version of that space. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using the service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The service provides a set of AI design tools — including full redesigns (Create), text-to-image generation (Imagine), targeted edits to a masked area (Element Drop), and layout rearrangement (Layout Flip). Generations are produced by third-party AI models and are illustrative concepts, not architectural, engineering, or construction documents. Results are photorealistic approximations and may not accurately reflect real materials, plant viability, costs, dimensions, or local conditions. Always consult a qualified professional before undertaking any landscaping work.

You need an account to generate designs. Authentication is handled by our authentication provider, and you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the service.

The service runs on a credit-based system: each successful generation across Create, Imagine, Element Drop, and Layout Flip costs one credit. Credits are included with a paid subscription plan, billed monthly or annually through our third-party payment provider, and your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. The service has no free tier, so an active subscription is required to generate. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the customer portal, and changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Credits are non-refundable once used. If a generation fails, the credit charged for it is automatically returned to your balance. Prices, plans, and credit allotments may change, and we will communicate material changes in advance.

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload, as well as the designs generated from them. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload and that your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law. Do not upload photos of people without their consent, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to misuse the service: do not attempt to bypass usage limits or credit controls, reverse engineer or disrupt the platform, scrape or resell the service, or use it to generate unlawful or harmful content. To keep the service available and costs predictable, generation is subject to rate limits and a one-concurrent-job-per-user limit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated designs will be accurate, achievable, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. A stable internet connection is required, and occasional processing delays or maintenance may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Garden Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated results.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
